The Empathy Toy® Level 1: Empathy Toy® Training
For Team Leaders, Facilitators, and Educators
Join us for one day of training to get the hands-on support you need to incorporate the Empathy Toy® into your work
This 6-hour training session provides an immersive and laughter-filled introduction to Empathy Toy® facilitation. In it, you will experience a variety of game scenarios and debrief techniques that you can use to help different audiences practice empathic communication, self-reflection, leadership, and collaborative problem-solving.
IF YOU'RE AN INDIVIDUAL FACILITATOR OR EDUCATOR:
We offer a version of Level 1: Empathy Toy® Training for individual facilitators and educators who are interested in starting to incorporate the Empathy Toy® into their practice. We run these training days periodically throughout the year and the dates are flexible, so get in touch to learn more. Discounts are available for educators.
IF YOU’RE A TEAM:
This training is ideal for internal teams working in learning and development, human resources, executive coaching, and areas related to change and innovation. As organizations are limited to 5 Empathy Toy® Facilitator’s Kits, once trained, your team will also gain access to the Empathy Toy® Library to deliver larger workshops in the future.

Access to the Empathy Toy® Library After your Level 1: Empathy Toy® Training, you will be able to rent additional toys for upcoming events. This allows you to say yes to the occasional large workshop, with access to hundreds of toys for a fraction of the cost and without having to figure out storage! Toy Library rentals include toys, blindfolds, intention cards, and a post-workshop dashboard to share with your participants.
A $500 credit for rentals from the Empathy Toy® Library We also include a $500 credit to get you started with any rentals that you need.
As part of our commitment to showing empathy for people and the planet, the Empathy Toy® Library allows us to support our wonderful community of empathic leaders, while helping us reduce our environmental footprint through repairing and refurbishing existing toys, and reducing the number of toys that are sitting unused. We're excited to have you help us make this sustainability happen!
